At Pebble & Pencil Kids, we put creativity, care and imagination into our educational resources.

We ask everyone to respect the time, effort and creative work involved in developing our learning materials.

This policy explains how our resources may be used, printed and shared.

1. Copyright Ownership

The Pebble & Pencil Kids brand includes educational resources, illustrations, stories, characters, worksheets, printable books, activity designs and other creative content.

To the extent protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property law, rights in our original content belong to their respective owners and are held or licensed by Pebble & Pencil Kids as appropriate.

Our copyright notices identify the content for which we claim rights.

Third-party artwork and materials remain subject to their respective owners’ rights.

2. Personal Use Licence

Unless otherwise stated on a product, purchasing or downloading our resources provides a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence for permitted educational use.

You may:

Download your purchased resources.
Save copies for personal use.
Print a worksheet multiple times for children in your own household.
Use the resources for home learning and homeschooling.
Complete, colour and personalise printed worksheets for children’s own learning activities.

This permission does not transfer copyright or ownership of the underlying content.

3. Classroom and Teacher Use

Teachers and educators may use resources purchased under a standard classroom licence with children in one classroom or teaching group under their supervision.

They may print sufficient copies for that permitted group.

Teachers may not distribute the original digital file to other teachers, schools or organisations unless a broader licence expressly permits this.

School-wide, multi-classroom or commercial redistribution requires separate written permission.

4. Free Printable Resources

Free resources remain subject to their usage licence.

You may print and use them for permitted personal or single-classroom educational activities.

You may share links to our official website so other people can obtain their own copies.

You may not upload the files elsewhere or sell them without permission.

5. Prohibited Activities

Unless expressly permitted by a separate licence or applicable law, users must not:

Resell our downloadable files or printed reproductions.
Redistribute our resources as free or paid digital bundles.
Upload or publish our PDF files on other websites or file-sharing platforms.
Claim our original artwork or educational designs as their own.
Remove or deliberately conceal copyright markings and branding when redistributing material.
Use our protected artwork for commercial merchandise without permission.
Rebrand our resources and sell them under a different name.
Reproduce protected characters, illustrations or designs in commercial publications without permission.
Use our resources in print-on-demand commercial products without authorisation.
Distribute modified copies where that use is outside the permitted licence.

These restrictions do not override applicable statutory exceptions or rights.

6. Peb and Penny Characters

Peb and Penny are the central characters associated with Pebble & Pencil Kids.

We reserve the rights that we own or validly control in our original character artwork, branding, stories and other protected materials.

Commercial reproduction or distribution of protected character artwork requires appropriate authorisation.

7. Printing Permissions

Our printable resources may be printed repeatedly within the relevant licence.

This includes printing replacement copies and using the resources with the same permitted household or classroom.

Printing permission does not automatically authorise commercial printing services to produce copies for resale or wider distribution.

8. Sharing Our Website

We welcome families, teachers and educators recommending Pebble & Pencil Kids to others.

You may share links to our website, product pages and free printable pages.

Please direct others to our official downloads rather than redistributing the underlying files.

9. Use of Our Logo and Branding

The Pebble & Pencil Kids name, logo and related brand graphics identify our educational resources.

Permission to download a worksheet does not grant a general right to use our branding for unrelated businesses or products.

Please obtain written permission before using our protected branding in commercial materials.

10. Commercial and Extended Licensing

If you would like to use our resources across multiple classrooms, distribute copies in a commercial programme, include them in a paid bundle or obtain other extended permissions, please contact us.

Extended permissions must be confirmed in writing and may be subject to additional conditions or licence fees.

11. Reporting Unauthorised Use

If you believe our protected work has been copied, sold or redistributed without authorisation, please contact us.

We may take appropriate action to protect rights that we own or are authorised to enforce, including requesting the removal of infringing material.

12. Third-Party Rights and Legal Exceptions

Nothing in this policy claims ownership over content belonging to other creators or restricts uses permitted by applicable copyright exceptions.
